Fitness For All teaches children the basics
of physical education with an emphasis on
exercise, beginning motor skills and safety
in a fun noncompetitive environment. Classes
take place at preschools and child care
centers. Each 30 minute class includes a
warm-up, a fitness activity, a sports
activity and a cool-down activity.
This routine is a proven, highly effective
method of helping children learn how to use
their body safely and properly while giving
them the confidence to participate in many
other sports and activities.
